• Base compensation of the team members hired for the Client, as agreed at the time of hiring. 
• Hardware such as Laptops, Monitors, Headphones, etc. 
• Any software licenses.
• Travel expenses.
• Cash incentives/Bonus.
• Third-party recruitment fee. 

Monthly Service Fee = Midorick selected plan + Employee total monthly cost
